To save us time in waiting for delivery he had it picked up personally for install the next day. Fast forward 3 months and for an unknown reason, no hot water would come out of the faucets. A quick call to Ron and he walked us through all the checks to identify the problem. Something strange happened with the bypass valve, but Ron figured it out over the phone. We had hot water within an hour. And this was late evening when he was on the road. A great serviceman. As long as we are in the same area, Ron will be the one we call!
Told me service call was $95.00 plus $25.00 trip charge, when he showe... read more Told me service call was $95.00 plus $25.00 trip charge, when he showed up he said the cost for the service call was $ 175.00....When I called a few days later to check, he was still quoting $95.00 plus $25.00 on the phone. I wouldn't use him again just for that issue.

Ron and his assistant were able to repair and replace the wiring and explained the repair. Our dogs liked him too.
