Here's the deal... I took my Ferrari to Mondino based on recommendation. I needed the belts and hoses done, and dropped the car off with them. They did the work, and most things were done well, BUT, the job required that the top end be resealed, which included the distributors. I relocated to Oregon, and trailered the car. I put the car in storage for 6 months, while I was overseas in support of defense efforts, and when I returned I took the car for a drive. I drove less than 200 miles, and when I got home i noticed oil under the car. I took the car to the Ferrari dealer / service in Portland for a new clutch and to repair the oil leak. After they took the car apart, they showed me that the oil seals were replaced with inferior aftermarket seals, which caused the leak. Now, Mondino has a 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty, which I understand, but when they put inferior parts in the car, causing nearly a $1000 repair for work they had done, I believe it renders their warranty policy invalid. I have contacted them twice, and they refuse to reimburse me for the faulty service that had to be repaired, and tell me I need to bring the car back to them to fix it.
