(It was almost funny to hear the service writer stammer and back peddle when I asked him why new shocks needed replaced). I paid for new rear (parking)breaks. They never touched the right side. Left side was removed but doesn't look like it is new. Paid for an oil change and lube. I still have black dirty oil. None of the grease zurks were touched. Paid for a new pitman arm and alignment. Truck will barely stay in it's lane. Drives way worse than it did before Scotty's worked on it. Service writer Matt acted very rude and disinterested in even acknowledging me both when I brought the truck in and when I picked it up. Stay away from this place.
