I have the clutch in hand. I have testimonials in hand. this guy gives you the run around and admit he does not check his work. he can not be BBB A+ when he sucks so bad. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look into this scum bag. I'm going to update reviews everyday. I'm thinking about going to small claims court now. Please do not leave this guy BBB A+. Word to the wise.

Prior to bringing my vehicle in to this shop, I spoke at length to "Of... read more Prior to bringing my vehicle in to this shop, I spoke at length to "Office Manager" Sara L. about my need to have repairs made to my Buick Rendevous quickly and that I could not be without my car for a long period of time. She assured me that if I brought it in on June 6, 2016 that my vehicle would not just sit in their lot and that it would be diagnosed and repaired quickly. I brought our car in as scheduled on June 6, 2016. Between 6/6/16 and 6/23/16, I called repeatedly to get an update, as the shop's owner Jim Morin did not call even once. Every time I called (which was at least 8 times), I spoke with Sara the "Office Manager" and she could not tell me ANYTHING about my vehicle...nothing about what was wrong with it, or even if the mechanics had even looked at it yet! She just kept saying that Jim (the owner) was the only one that could tell me anything about my car, that there wasn't a file on it and that none of the other mechanics would know anything about it. Every single time I called, Jim was apparently "gone for the day"...even as early as 1:00pm in the afternoon! Every single time I called, I asked Sara to please, please have Jim call me the next day and in the past THREE WEEKS, I have yet to receive a call!!! I am so completely fed up with this gigantic waste of time that I am just going to pick my car up this afternoon, take it to Aamco and start over! What a waste of time and effort!
