Wagner pads were used original charge for pads $175 ! I timed from the time he pulled it in til we pulled it out 28 minutes labor charge $224 ! Total $399 plus tax !! I questioned the the cost and asked for a breakdown .. the lady at the front then said she would discount the brake pad to $100 new total $324 total scam .. the pads at Oreilly are 59 or 69 and for labor most 150 hr so max cost should be $219 .. my receipt has no part number or description nor labor hour rate nor time taken to repair total scam .. work done was done right and so far no issues other than being gouged a bunch of money for the simplistic of jobs that I normally do myself .. would not recommend !

She talked to mechanic i guess and told me he would be up shortly to take a look. So i wait and wait and i understand that they were busy but someone at least tell me something. Anywho i finally had to walk out. Wasnt happy about it but cant stand around all day. But before that service was great
I took my car in because of a scraping sound on my brakes. Your servic... read more I took my car in because of a scraping sound on my brakes. Your service representative have it a inspection and said that they were fine. I drove to family reunion and almost died. Took the car into a different place and found out my brakes were shot and unsafe. Your manager did nothing to solve this. I will never use your business again,and will incouage my family and friends to do same.
