Tom, I'm sorting out the smoking...and at first was a bit frustrate... read more Tom, I'm sorting out the smoking...and at first was a bit frustrated, but when you offered to drop everything and pick up the car, and suggested it may have been something that your tech's had done wrong, and clearly you were accountable for it, my experience swung strongly the other way.
