Right off the bat Wayne was very rude and would cut me off while I was... read more Right off the bat Wayne was very rude and would cut me off while I was speaking with him over the phone. When I arrived, I asked Wayne for my keys so I could get into my glovebox, and he did not give them to me. So, I had to break into my glove box and grab my things. I remembered I had a CD stuck in my radio, which I was trying to get out when Wayne walked up behind me (my daughter can provide witness to this) and accused me of trying to steal my radio out of my car. I asked him to get out of my personal space as kindly as I could, despite being uncomfortable and intimidated, to which he replied “get the f*ck out” and grabbed my keys. I was lucky to have my daughter here to witness this.
I took my Ford F-150 to Midas on North Ave. They told me I needed new... read more I took my Ford F-150 to Midas on North Ave. They told me I needed new brakes front and rear. I had them replace the front. A month later I went to TDS to have the back brakes done. The tech at TDS said there was nothing wrong with my back brakes, they had plenty of life left. Nice to find an honest repair shop.
