Extremely disappointed in their service and attitude. We brought a ve... read more Extremely disappointed in their service and attitude. We brought a vehicle there to look at a problem. That was the first issue, we should have merely gone to auto zone, where we would have got the original diagnosis that they gave us for free and not have paid $135+ for them to tell us you may or may not have an alternator problem, and you may want to replace the batteries. Again, I could have shown up to an auto zone, and they would have told me that for free. Next is that advice was "The beginning, and more than likely several more tests will need to be done, and those fixes which they quoted at over $1K may not fix the problem that we brought the vehicle in for. This tells me that this shop likes to "Throw Parts" at a problem and hope that it fixes the issue and does not truly take the time to figure out the root. Stay away from this company, I find these practices and mentality very unethical when it comes to car shops. Fortunately the shop we did end up taking the vehicle to has a better process in place and does not want to nickel and dime their customers.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I took the radiator for my show car to them... read more DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I took the radiator for my show car to them to have it cleaned, they destroyed it! It looked like they played frisbee with it. Most of the fins are all smashed in, plus they just painted over the crud. And of course they denied it. Very unprofessional and lousy work.
