I found the staff and service techs to be very helpful when I brought my vehicle in for it's routine maintenance.  I'm not really a car expert (to say the least) and the staff did a thorough review of my vehicle and made me aware of things and future stuff I should watch out for.  I appreciated the time they took to try and educate me even though I was just there for an oil change, they went the extra mile and it made a great impression. I'll be back!
