Told me to drive it until catastrophic damage happens. Overfilled my engine, broke my wiper arm motor, killed my battery several times, I have scratches from damage done by them in multiple spots. Refused refund for diag they didn’t do. Avoid this shop at all costs.

Tom, I'm sorting out the smoking...and at first was a bit frustrate... read more Tom, I'm sorting out the smoking...and at first was a bit frustrated, but when you offered to drop everything and pick up the car, and suggested it may have been something that your tech's had done wrong, and clearly you were accountable for it, my experience swung strongly the other way. I'm letting the oil burn off it is does, and I'll be back either way. Thanks Scott Tibbitts WrX
