The repairs that were done by Accurate on my vehicle were not accurate and I'm still running into the same issue. The first suggested repairs did not work, so I came back for the 2nd time. They suggested something else, for that replaced and still didn't address the initial issue - so I paid for 2 separate charges and didn't help fix my car. I don't have confidence that they will be able to accurately diagnose and repair if I were to bring into my car again, and then having to pay for another separate charge on something that doesn't have to be replaced.

Chris and his team did a 21 point inspection, same as other place, and found $0.00 wrong except the quote I asked for for a new antenna. If you're a female that needs honest car repairs done, these are your guys!! It's a small place so make an appointment! The owners are best friends since they were kids. You're the best Chris!!

When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.
