Nearest Suzuki dealer, since they are not, is in Denver. I could have rode my bicycle there, picked up the parts and rode back faster than they brought them in. Two or three days to tear down the motor, fix it and put it back together, 34 days waiting on parts to arrive. I am pretty sure I got "back burnered" to something more important, guess customer satisfaction is not in their game-plan. They also put in their report that my rear brakes were weak and that the master cylinder needed replaced. I took it apart myself, since I will NEVER take it back to them, and discovered that the fluid reservoir was empty. I was suspect because they worked fine when I took it in and suddenly they don't work. After filling the fluid reservoir and re-assembling the whole unit, I can now lock up the rear wheel with relative ease. Strange thing is, I had it in last year for a rear brake pad issue, which took three weeks to "get the part in" and now after engine work my rear brake all of a sudden does not work. I am now suspect of whether or not my motor really needed the work they did, I am feeling like I was duped. Total for my 38 days waiting, $1500. No matter anyway, when in need of work on my bike, I will drive 42 miles east of Craig to Steamboat Powersports, which is a loose affiliation with the Craig one, yet they seem to have the "live to ride, ride to live" attitude, which I like and is sorely lacking in Craig. They told me that unless there was a national shortage on the parts needed, they can get them shipped in a couple days and that repairs such as mine should never take longer that a week or two. That I can live with, Craig Powersports robbed me of 5 weeks of riding weather. My suggestion is if in Craig and in need of repairs, take the time to travel a little farther and go to Steamboat Powersports, they seem to have a much better customer service attitude. I know I will be going
