The repairs that were done by Accurate on my vehicle were not accurate and I'm still running into the same issue. The first suggested repairs did not work, so I came back for the 2nd time. They suggested something else, for that replaced and still didn't address the initial issue - so I paid for 2 separate charges and didn't help fix my car. I don't have confidence that they will be able to accurately diagnose and repair if I were to bring into my car again, and then having to pay for another separate charge on something that doesn't have to be replaced.

Brought car in for standard brake replacement and it took 3 tries to g... read more Brought car in for standard brake replacement and it took 3 tries to get it right. While Antero was great to deal with and owned the issue, it was very inconvenient to have to set aside 3 trips for this purpose. Maybe source suppliers a little better to ensure parts are of the highest quality.
