Charged me over $900 for a simple job of replacing and alternator BUT ... read more Charged me over $900 for a simple job of replacing and alternator BUT did not replace the serpentine belt (clearly with the number of miles my truck has on it the belt was old) so I was stuck on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere and paid a whole lot of money to get my car repaired all because of a $20 belt and a lack of focus on quality work.

Extremely disappointed in their service and attitude. We brought a ve... read more Extremely disappointed in their service and attitude. We brought a vehicle there to look at a problem. That was the first issue, we should have merely gone to auto zone, where we would have got the original diagnosis that they gave us for free and not have paid $135+ for them to tell us you may or may not have an alternator problem, and you may want to replace the batteries. Again, I could have shown up to an auto zone, and they would have told me that for free. Next is that advice was "The beginning, and more than likely several more tests will need to be done, and those fixes which they quoted at over $1K may not fix the problem that we brought the vehicle in for. This tells me that this shop likes to "Throw Parts" at a problem and hope that it fixes the issue and does not truly take the time to figure out the root. Stay away from this company, I find these practices and mentality very unethical when it comes to car shops. Fortunately the shop we did end up taking the vehicle to has a better process in place and does not want to nickel and dime their customers.
