Denver Engine and Transmission

I kept running out of gas, and my tank was on a half tank. I brought it in told them the problem and they automatically said the fuel pump. That wasn't the problem. They put in a fuel pump, I paid, and two Hours later the gas gauge light came back on I called them, they told me to buy a gas container. I brought it back 3 times, I've ran out gas again. They want let me speak to the boss, I'm not happy.

So this has been a NIGHTMARE since they were brought the vehicle. WHICH THEIR REPAIR WORK WAS CRAP AND TRANSMISSION BROKE IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS. 

CHRIS AND DARRYL are the managers at this place, they are the ones who bid and set up the repair and then continued to lie and scam us through the process

They offered a nice low price up front and said all their work would be warrantied. Within 2 days of dropping of the vehicle, they called and said they needed more money, a couple days later when the vehicle was supposed to be ready, they said they again needed more money. A few weeks later the work is done and they OVER DOUBLED THE QUOTED PRICE. I was angry about their deception and decided to pay them and move on. 

Guess what, THE TRANSMISSION DIED IN LESS THAN 60 DAYS.

After the transmission that this place has repaired or replaced (i was told different things at different times) died out in less than 60 days, I called to have them take care of the warranty work.

THEY HAVE BLOWN OFF OUR COMPANY AND REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. The additional tow truck was $600 for our type of large vehicle, and aside from that rentals have stacked up in the additional thousands.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED OVER. After looking through their other sites and feedback, the few positive reviews they have.... are from their employees or friends.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS / SHADE TREE MECHANICS!!!

They underbid everyone to get my business and every time i took it back for a concern with the transmission they did another $500 worth of unauthorized work and never called me for prior approval. I just took it back again because the car was still acting up and explained my daughter will be driving to college in the fall and wanted to make sure it was fixed beforehand so she would be safe. They kept the car a week and drove it over 139 miles and tried to up sale me again saying the transmission was fine. On top of it all I asked them for the specifics of the warranty and Darrell store manager replied, did we give a warranty on this work?

I know the owner personally and didn’t make a difference. The store manager Darrell is the biggest crook of them all. That’s why they hired him to up sale everyone.

I will be filing a BBB complaint and take the car to a more reputable transmission shop.

Just found out that they are NOT accredited by the BBB!!!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Excellent job on the new brake pads and rotor for my car! Mechanics are excellent and fast.
