My family has used this Conaco service for at least 25 years,and I have had mechanical repairs there that cost hundreds of dollars. However, Mike Tesfaye is the new manager, and he is Ethiopian. He has been known to be unprofessional with African American women. He was rude and unprofessional toward me, and I am an African-American woman. When I complained I received a call from a staff member at the Conaco service on Colfax in Denver, and he said that another African-American woman has complained about Mike Tesfaye's rude and unprofessional conduct toward her. Thus, Mike Tesfaye unfairly treats White customers better than African-American women. I saw him do it. I waited for several minutes for service at the front counter while he was on a telephone call. Then a White woman entered the area for service. He looked at her and immediately ended the call. I was appalled by his conduct and left. I have found a mechanic in the area where I live who isn't Black, but treats me with respect!

This is my neighborhood service station.  Even though, the managers change often, I have always gotten quick, friendly attention.  The manager now is Hassam.  He seems to keep everything running smoothly and has not tried to sell me extra services that my car does not need.  I fully support this station at 6300 east 14th st., denver.

Brakes-Oil Change-Engine Lite On

My Brakes were making noise and I went to this auto repair on park hill area. Checked it and said I needed Front Brakes with oil change $99 and I had my check engine light on..Checked it and said my gas cap was loose. Good service and helpful. No hassels or trying to sell me stuff that I didnt need.
I like it. Staff was nice. Check them out they are on 14th and Krameria 303 355 4004.

Repair recommendations are done quickly and  cheap...Micheal is an outstanding tech..He is been doing this for over 37 years after talking  to him..
