I love this place -- Robert is an awesome guy who took care of my Subaru. He told me exactly what I needed to get fixed and was honest about the price I should expect. I mean, talk about plain and simple! I have come back to this place time after time and will keep coming back for BALTA Auto Repair's exceptional service.

Dear Linden,
First, I want to express my concern and apology for the repair you seem to be dissatisfied about on your Mercedes Benz. However, I find your allegations unsound. 
First, when your mechanic retrieved the car for you from Balta Auto Repair, I am sorry that he didn't consider voicing the concerns,if any, immediately to me personally, and that he chose to deliver your vehicle to you in that alleged condition.
I can personally assure that our company's policy is to treat every customer's car as our own and provide the customer service to the upmost standards. I started this business many years ago and would only operate under the idea of safety and customer considerations. We make it clear to our customers that they can and are encouraged to voice their concerns regarding the repairs to us so we can make it right. 
I am also sorry that you had to shop around for a different mechanic to fix your vehicle's alleged alignment issue but as I mentioned-- we are happy to fix the vehicles properly if you voice your concerns and allow us to physically inspect the issue. In light of your situation, an actual in-shop inspection of your alleged alignment problem would have given us the idea of the proper way to assess it. It is unfortunate that you chose a third party to make the assessment and voice your allegations on our business via the internet. 
That said, please recall that you were never denied a refund for the repair and your allegations on this point a blatantly inaccurate. 
Finally, I always take responsibility for me and my staff when it comes to customer care. This is the way we have built a family business for this community and your situation is unfortunate in the sense that you have declined a two-way conversation and closed the door on a meaningful resolution here.

My mechanic rebuilt the front end of my Mercedes Benz, but did not do alignments so he took the car to this shop. I noticed the car steering erratically while driving, and pulled over to look at what might be causing it. The front wheels were obviously severely out of alignment, I could tell because the front wheels were pointing different directions. (No where close to parallel) I towed it back, had my original mechanic look at it and determined it was the worst alignment he had ever seen. We then took it to another shop to have this verified and it was determined the alignment was very poorly done. I contacted Balta, provided a receipt and work order showing the issue, and they refused to refund the money. (I did not ask for a reimbursement of the towing fee.)
The owner said he wanted to see the problem for himself. Well, I moved out of state and didn't trust him to fix the problem as I was leaving the area. I figured if he did that poor of a job, I couldn't trust him to do a satisfactory job and head out of state with it. I guess he thought I paid a tow bill, made an extra trip from out of state, and had another alignment done just so I could rip him off for $80......rrrrright.

I would highly recommend Balta Auto to anyone looking for a good mechanic.
Rates are reasonable and service fast. Always complete the job on schedule.
I own BMW and Mini Cooper and have been taken them to Robert at Balta Auto since I moved to Colorado Springs. Quality of work is always excellent. Very clean business place.
