They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Rachel, Chrissy and Cody are spot on when it comes to providing service to the customers. Artie is out and about and I know he is the umbrella over everything at Toy Doctor. Thank you everyone for the great service you provide. My car is over 20 years old now - a Toyota Echo - and it's the best car I've ever had... in part due to the wonderful maintenance I've gotten a Toy Doctor.
I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get pep... read more I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

I had an old 2006 Audi A4 that I had a lot of problems with and the employees there always had the patience to explain what was wrong with my car and give me honest pricing, telling me what was urgent and needed to be fixed right away and what could wait longer. I never felt I was overcharged for anything when I took my car there. If you are like me and do not know a lot about cars, you can rest assured that the employees there will take care of you and be honest and fair. I recommend this place to everyone. 10/10. Cesar C.
