Finding - and staying with - a great mechanic is like going to the doctor, they keep a record of everything they do so they know about your vehicle. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest about telling you what needs work now and what you should consider down the road. Referred here for warranty work on failing bearings rear wheels. Car ... read more Referred here for warranty work on failing bearings rear wheels. Car seen by my personal, very competent mechanic on 8/17 at which time bearing problem diagnosed by him. Took car in today. Matt called me and said front axel needed to be replaced and engine needed cleaning b/c of oil. 6 days ago NO evidence of torn boot. I had not hit any bumps driving <45 MPH b/c of bearing problem. Called my competent personal mechanic and he said bring it by after GO and he would look at it. He was shocked to see that the boot was indeed torn and last week definitely it was OK. Draw your own conclusions I guess but I know I will not be returning to GO for any reason.
