First off they aren't cheap, but no German car repair is, but what you get is quality with them. They didn't overcharge, they're straight forward and broke the billing down really well. They even washed my car, maybe even waxed it. Car smelled better than when I gave it to them and they were working under the hood. Now that's service. When my car breaks down again like all good bmws do, I'll bring it back. Travis Chaney

The owner told me that the brakes another shop had put in my car were really cheap and that’s where the noise was coming from as they had worn out quickly. He didn’t try to upsell me or say there were other expensive things wrong with my car. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. Problem solved! The noise was gone and I feel much safer now. I will definitely be going back for any other car need in the future. Plus they have a really nice clean waiting room with coffees and super comfy seats. So happy I found this place!

They took the time to explain the work they did and let me know of any additional issues and things I will need to address in the future. Their pricing was very good. Nice to have a local service center I can trust.
