They continuously changed the price quote and switched tire brands. They insisted that I need an alignment and new control arm bushings or they won't provide warranty on the new tires. I allowed them to change the bushings and do an alignment and after a couple of days the car drives terribly. It pulls to either right or left side at highway speeds and intermittently there is a wobble on the front right wheel side. I took the car back and after their "mechanic" test drove they tell me I need new brake rotors and need new brake system. This is so bogus because when they worked on my car initially they said everything is fine we checked brakes, etc, etc, etc. My car was driving fine before they worked on my car! I just needed new tires. So now my car has a wobble and alignment is off and they wont fix the work they did. They want to charge me for more things that I don't need instead of replacing the cheap aftermarket bushings they put in. Really sad just avoid this place. Just let them fix your flat tires nothing more. CHECK THEIR BBB! ALL THEIR STORES HAVE 'F' RATING AND THE GLENDALE LOCATION DOES NOT EVEN HAVE BBB! How is this shop still open I have no idea...

They really take care of you, very honest, reasonable and they do things right the first time. My car is getting old and needs more maintenance and repair. I trust Bill, the head mechanic. Hassan M. I have had oil changed a couple times here and when a problem occurred... read more I have had oil changed a couple times here and when a problem occurred with the on-board computer of my sons vehicle I really did not want to take it to the dealer as I have had negative experiences there previously. I was hesitant to trust the "corner service station" over the dealer but figured I had little to lose. It took 2 days for their mechanic to locate the problem, but it turned out to be a bad connector and not a $200 part. My vehicle was returned running fine and sparkling clean for a fraction of what I would have paid at the dealer. The service manager and mechanic are not the typical young kids but mature, knowledgeable and professionals that really make you feel like they care. William P. Orange, CA
