I had an appointment but after waiting 3 hours I left with only an oil change. They told me I needed to replace my brake pads ASAP as my front pads only had 4 mm left, replace my front 2 tires ASAP and get an alignment because there was “uneven wear and tear on my front tires meaning there is a serious problem with the alignment”. Well 2 months later I just took my car into a shop down the street to get my front brake pads replaced and they informed me that they are at 8 mm and need no service at this time. they also said that my tires need to be replaced but there is NOT any uneven wear or tear. This is fraudulent business practice.
Incompetent, Dishonest and Rude Mis-diagnosed my GE Monogram refriger... read more Incompetent, Dishonest and Rude Mis-diagnosed my GE Monogram refrigerator issue. They refused to come out and diagnose the problem again after it was evident what they said was wrong, wasn't. They said they wouldn't do any other repairs until they fixed repaired "the first problem" first. Really? Let's just keep repairing different things till they get it right was their solution?? After I told them I would do no such thing and I demanded my money back, they said they would refund my service call only if the authorized GE repairman claimed otherwise. GE came out, said it was something completely different, confirmed what they said was the problem was not. J&H still didn't refund me their service call fee even after I provided the statement from the GE repairman. In the process they were rude and absolute jerks.
Talk about superior customer service, Armando Casarez is "The Man" at ... read more Talk about superior customer service, Armando Casarez is "The Man" at Mossy Nissan! Not only did he help our family when we needed it most (right before the New Year) but he also did not show any indication that he needed to rush. With it being right before the Holiday, he treated us with kindness and patience that will bring us back to Mossy Nissan again and again! Thank you Armando!
