With over 30 years of experience servicing Upland, Claremont, Montclair, Ontario and neighboring communities, we know that the key to our success is our loyal customer base—and the best way to keep customers loyal is to keep them fully satisfied with every visit. These people have very different vibe than any other shop and I have been to many in my life. They don’t try to upsell you or use some cheep “time pressure” techniques. They honestly look at your car, give you their opinion and very fair price and let you decide what and when you want to fix. I never felt pressured into anything, unlike all other places. I stumbled accross these mechanics through my doughter’s acquaintance and thought to myself at first” another shop we will be testing for a few months untill we get tired of them selling us repairs we don’t need” but do far I have been here about 5 times for various things, I had a very pleasurable experience with both the owner and the young gentleman that works there. Mike was at shop early so we could drop off car. Car was ready when Mike said it would be. Per usual, excellent service.
