They towed my car for free to their shop and started on the paperwork right away. Not only they are honest, they are also reliable. In only 3 weeks I had my car back, in perfect condition. A+ to Pristine Auto. God forbid I have another accident, Pristine is my body shop!

Anytime I need repairs or just general service on my vehicle they take the time to explain to me (in terms that I can understand since my mechanical knowledge is limited) what i need to have done. Their work is excellant and always completed when promised at a fair price. I have never felt pressured there, only reassured that they were looking out for my car as if it was one of their own family members car.

I was bummed about the truck but the service was sure great. The owner is super easy going and nice to talk to. I'm not used to mechanics being so nice as they were here. I'll be back for sure.
