I've been to many repair shops in So Cal over the years and have yet to ever experience the utter dedication to a customers real needs. Not only the value, but the quality of that value. I don't know how they do it in this day and age, when anywhere else charges 30%-40% even 50% higher in labor. JT's Automotive offer the best labor rates I've honestly ever come across, and trust me I'm not one to write reviews. In fact I would rather keep the best kept secret for auto maintenance & repair in Ventura County to myself (because who enjoys waiting for anything...). However, I feel that I owe it to this shop to let people know how unbelievably cool it is to have a place to take my vehicles without any concern for anything. I know it will be done right, and fast, and for the best price anywhere. Hats off to all those guys over there, they make things not feel so bad, in an age of high priced everything... keep it up man!
