I had an appointment but after waiting 3 hours I left with only an oil change. They told me I needed to replace my brake pads ASAP as my front pads only had 4 mm left, replace my front 2 tires ASAP and get an alignment because there was “uneven wear and tear on my front tires meaning there is a serious problem with the alignment”. Well 2 months later I just took my car into a shop down the street to get my front brake pads replaced and they informed me that they are at 8 mm and need no service at this time. they also said that my tires need to be replaced but there is NOT any uneven wear or tear. This is fraudulent business practice.

Cant believe the time and extra effort you have put into my car since you have worked at Aero Auto Repair. It's as if you are psychic and think of the same things that I do that might help my car without me asking! You guys rock! Erika and Dave, you truly do treat your customers as friends or family. Better, in some instances! Always look forward to seeing you all, despite what the car might need! But, hey, it's a 94 and still happily on the road! Thanks again! Marcia N. San Diego, CA

Today I came in to get a slow leak repaired - they did it for free, even though the car I brought in was on its original tires (in other words, I hadn't bought tires for that car at Tire Depot). I also trust these guys to mount tires on rare rims on my vintage vehicle. I think the longest wait I've ever had in all my years going here was about an hour-and-a-half. To top it all off, their prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended. Greg McKim
