No-pressure shop that's owned and operated by car guys who combine their passion with their work and are there to help you with whatever you throw their way.Turnaround time has always been as-quoted or sooner, prices are great, employees are super friendly (Steve is all smiles all the time), and I've always gotten great recommendations from them for things they don't specialize in. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!

After finding them on MechanicAdvisor.com .I called and was greeted by a great receptionist, then quickly transferred to Steve, I explained that I was calling from out of town and was trying to help my son get his 2003 Volvo repaired. Steve was very helpful and made arrangements to get the repairs done. The Service was awesome and my son said the Volvo was running better than ever. My next door neighbor in Orange recommended this shop to find help for... read more My next door neighbor in Orange recommended this shop to find help for my creaking suspension and wearing on my new front tires that were wearing on the inside tread to the silver wires. Pep Boys could not fix it and told me after two trips to them to find a suspension shop. This shop was just a phone call away and took me in immediately on Friday August 3, 2012. My 1987 Nissan had quick attention and work began immediately to get my car back to me that afternoon! Their work included replacing the driver's side axle which had a badly ripped and torn axle boot, gravely worn strut rod bushings and axle arm bolts. Of course I had to replace the worn tire also. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and worn out parts were also shown to me. Their advice on my other questions to check out my car's condition was most helpful. Wow, a very serious problem was fixed with fast, courteous services. Even better than the fast service, their prices were reasonable also. Thank you Plaza Mufflers! Just ask for "Johnny."
