Dave is very honest, trustworthy and a man of his word. His shop is very clean and hard working. They are so good, it's like a NASCAR Pitcrew handle your vehicle's needs. They take pride in their work and make you feel great and relieved to put your vehicle in such expert hands. Zach the mechanic was amazing and professional. He met with my Dad and brother and showed them the old engine and was very courteous and professional. It was an all around Amazing experience! Canyon Lake Auto is the best shop around, period. Excellent and friendly customer service and professionalism guaranteed! Quickly diagnosed and repaired my vehicle in a very timely manner from start to finish. This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligen... read more This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...
