It is disappointing when you pay a ton of money for something and the product is crap, the customer service is even worse when it comes to resolving the problem, and the accountability is no where to be found. I have had to make 7 trips to their store (actually 8 since I was told the appointment was delayed at my appointment time and I would have to come back 2 hrs later!!!) for various repairs, replacements, fixes, etc. I will never go to this place again and will not recommend them to anyone that I care about. Actually, wouldn't even send my worst enemy to them!!! terrible terrible terrible.
