When I asked them about some of the instrument controls and the meaning of dash warning lights they seemed almost clueless. The service work done on my car was very poor quality and there were grease marks on my interior and on my steering wheel. After about 10 miles of driving my "service engine soon" light came on and when I checked the oil it was more than a quart low. Sloppy work but a smooth talker. I have been taking my car to a service facility right across the alley and have been happy with their friendly, honest answers and service.
