Since the first time I came to them, new in town and vehicle in emergency-distress, they've always been more than fair and treat me with respect. I'm one of those customers most auto shops hate because I know just enough about auto repair to be an annoying I-think-I-know-it-all and I insist on watching them work so I can learn more. Mountain Auto is happy to help me understand what is going on with my vehicle, prevention and maintenance, options for repair, etc. When I'm having dire issues they can almost always look at it right away or at least within the hour.
