My 60K service was divided into 2 visits as you didn't have the tool t... read more My 60K service was divided into 2 visits as you didn't have the tool to replace spark plugs. Everyone was ok with making it into 2 visits. The first day happened when many things were going wrong and having to deal with a little more chaos than usual. That being said, it happens to everyone sometime, and the staff was obviously doing their best to make customers happy.
