Randy, brought to my attention two issues which they fixed, but showed me a picture of what it looked like before and after. WHAT A CONCEPT! PROOF...I love it. The other first .... I had some problem with my Prius on last weekend and visited these guys; had a great experience. The team is very good; they take really good care of the car and thoroughly inspect the problems, quickly resolve the same. They also provide original parts and are endorsed to Toyota. We are new to Placerville and when my daughter's truck needed some rep... read more We are new to Placerville and when my daughter's truck needed some repair work done our paving contractor recommended The Auto Analyst. They fixed my daughter's truck, and were very good at explaining everything so we could understand it. They were patient with any and all questions we had. They are very friendly, and made us feel like we had been a long time loyal customer even though it was our first time there. We have since used them for our other vehicles. It's nice to know that no matter how their day is going, they are always friendly and helpful. Oh, and their coffee and cookies are great too!
