  Had to throw in that 4-star rating, so you'd know I was paying attention!
  (The new tires are fine.)

  Would like GPS advice.  I'm a map-persons, but my paper map doesn't tell me where the traffic tie-ups are.  I don't think I could drive and wrestle my cell phone.  
  
  Are there other options you might suggest that I look into?

  Nice clear instructions for drop-off, and good communication while the service was being done.  My husband will choose Helmings for his next repair and avoid the nightmare of dealership service.  Thanks for taking good care of us.
