I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! Sharon Holkey

I've gone to multiple auto shops from Santa Barbara to Riverside and I had yet to receive the customer service I got here and auto service. The guys are so knowledgeable.
