Tho' it was one experience, these guys impressed me with knowledge and even educated me on my truck's sickness to allow me to make a proper decision. No sales. The tech that looked under the hood and diagnosed even noted an oil pan leak which they fixed with sealant at no cost (tho' I was getting ready to pay them for a bigger ticket item). Bill and his team are excellent at diagnosing problems in your vehicle and then communicating them to the mechanically disinclined in open, unambiguous language. Unlike my experiences with other mechanics, I left feeling more informed about the status of my car and felt like I got a great deal, which I did.
