Took my 2012 Nissan Maxima here for an oil change and 115,000 mile ser... read more Took my 2012 Nissan Maxima here for an oil change and 115,000 mile service in June. I had an appointment but after waiting 3 hours I left with only an oil change. They told me I needed to replace my brake pads ASAP as my front pads only had 4 mm left, replace my front 2 tires ASAP and get an alignment because there was “uneven wear and tear on my front tires meaning there is a serious problem with the alignment”. Well 2 months later I just took my car into a shop down the street to get my front brake pads replaced and they informed me that they are at 8 mm and need no service at this time. they also said that my tires need to be replaced but there is NOT any uneven wear or tear. This is fraudulent business practice.

Despite having it looked at by two others places (out of convenience) that wanted to charge me hundreds just to look over the span of days, the guys at Japanese Auto Plus figured it out in a matter of a couple hours and solved my problem for a lot cheaper than the other places were going to charge.
