They put the WRONG valve stem on my rear tire and let me take my bike without checking for leaks. I rode my bike for about 10 miles to work and it was wobbling all over the freeway. My vale stem was loose and leaking air. I called them and sent the bike back via AAA. The service manager, Andrew called me and told me that they had put the wrong vale stem on my tire and that they would order one and not charge me.Gee thanks! I mean, here I am riding a bike with the tire deflating and his attitude is very cavalier! A week later my bike was ready. Mr. personalty, Andrew, brought my bike out and said "here you go" and then he walked away. The best response I got was a "sorry about that" from the other manager. No offer to compensate me for my troubles at all

Terrible Service! A complete rip off artist. Pete had my bike for 3 w... read more Terrible Service! A complete rip off artist. Pete had my bike for 3 weeks for a carburator repair. I had to call him once a week to get an update because he wouldn't call me. Original estimate was $220.00 and I approved that. He called when he was finished and told me the bill was $440.00. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to have a Harley Dealership do the repairs on your motorcycle. I learned the hard way.
