His new assistant seems incapable of responding to phone calls, or sending an email. 2 1/2 months following the service work done on our Everlite 29fk, we still have not received a copy of the work they completed. Some of the work was done adequately, some - resealing & caulking - was sloppy, and some of the things we requested, simply didn't happen. The manufacturer is stalling, Family RV is stalling and we still have some important warranty issues to be resolved.
