I ordered an in-dash system to be installed and charged materials plus... read more I ordered an in-dash system to be installed and charged materials plus labor on my credit card. I scheduled installation for several days later. The next day, I changed my mind and cancelled the order, but JT refused to credit back my credit card for over $1000. I am still trying to get my money back. This is not an ethical company, folks. I would avoid them unless you like to donate your money to them and get nothing in return.
