Was told you only have 7 day warranty on batteries. A lot of good that did since I got the kart in Nov didn't give it until x mas. So I buy another battery and still it wont hold a charge. Now I am being told that I have to pay someone to come look at it and then they will send the parts for the person to come back and I will have to pay him for two visits. I paid over 1200.00 for the kart and they give you no service. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone

The repairs totaled around $2,000, but then when I took the vehicle home after the repairs I noticed my bottom factory skid plate was missing. The damages I caused was in the under-carrige of the vehicle_so it was very important that it get found and replaced. Long story short, I have been calling Beaumont Powersports for the past 3 weeks (every other day) and I have only received the run-a-round and lie after lie about who worked on my RZR and where my missing part was. I even got the; "Manager on vacation lie". The General manager will not answer to calls or complaints, and the parts and service manager (Jay) would not admit to losing anything. Finally the technician that worked on the Polaris called me (Monday) to tell me they had lost it??? (not a manager calling). No replacement, No offer on a discount on a new one, No "we are sorry", not even a follow-up phone call. Nothing. Very bad customer service. They got their money and ran. I'm actually getting nervous on the labor work they performed based on the aftermath treatment I have received. I can't even test drive it comfortably because I'm afraid of hitting the bottom again without a skid plate. The cost is around $500 for a new replacement one and I can't afford it. Stay away please! Beware they also have an Indio location. Small claims court might be my only option along with the BBB. Suck's cause I thought they were cool. It's a hole in the wall anyways.
