They lie, they steal your money!!I called them to get pre- approved for a vehicle. I faxed over check stubs and all my information. They told me that I qualified that I needed $1,000 down. I took the money and when I gave it to Eleno he told me that there was a problem. that I had to go the next day. I went and they wanted to sell me the CAR THAT THEY WANTED. I told them to just give me my money or I was going to call the police. Eleno told me that I didn't have proof or receipts but I was recording everything on my cell. So he told me to go the next day to pick up a check. They had me waiting 8 hrs waiting for my check.

I currently drive sixty miles to Porterville to have my Ford 2007 Diesel repaired. I based this decission solely on my experience with this dealership. It s been my experience that Valley Ford has neither the desire or skillset to execute a repair on a vehicle that will last more than a few weeks. In my case they have attempted to repair my vehicle on multiple occassions with absolutely no success. I would strongly recommend that you consider a different dealership if your planning on driving your vehicle for an extended period of time. Some times your families safety has to come before convenience. Read the reviews on this and the other sites and just ask yourself why are there are so many negitive remarks??? Good Luck..
