We have taken our cars to Schneider's for the past couple years and have received excellent service from them. The customer service department was extremely courteous to us each and every time. I have referred friends and family to them and will continue to do so!

I completely understand why others have given Steve's 1 or 2 stars. I... read more I completely understand why others have given Steve's 1 or 2 stars. I purchased a Groupon for a $59 detail. I scheduled an appointment and dropped off car before appt time (dropped off at 8 and appt was for 9). I was told "we'll get started right away", then I receive a call about 2 hours later stating that my car needed much more cleaning that wouldn't be covered by the Groupon. In addition, they didn't think they could finish until 2 pm. They also wouldn't be able to do the wax since my paint "was in such bad shape". I ended up paying an additional $50. Despite all this I left a tip (shame on me). After leaving and going to grocery store, I just happen to look in the backseat and there were crumbs in plain sight. I got in the back seat and looked at the floor, more crumbs; it looked as if they ignored vacuuming complete sections!!! I called Steve's right away to bring this to their attention; Steve's reply was "when we move the seats back and forth, more crumbs may come out" - what?!? Huh!?! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Pay close attention to Yelp reviews!
