I was greeted by the owner and we discussed the multiple problems that my Kia Amanti was having. I got the vehicle back later that evening. I was amazed at the quality and the professionalism of this shop. When they handed me the bill it was better that they originally quoted me. The car drives like a top and recommend that if anyone needs an expert diagnosis, go th this shop. Prices and services way better that that of any dealership that this old man has ever experienced.

I was told it wasn't the alternator and could be something else. Five hours later I was told it was the alternator. I was given a quote higher than any other reputable shop that I called. When I told the woman at the desk that I would prefer to take it somewhere else, she yelled, "YOU CAN'T LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE! YOU MUST TAKE YOUR CAR RIGHT NOW TODAY!" She was very unprofessional and showed her true colors. I calmly stated that I would like to take my car now. The entire time I was at the shop waiting she could not keep up with the paperwork in the shop and trying to butter people up by calling them “BAAAAABBBBBYYY” and “SWEEEETTTY,” totally inappropriate. It is obvious she is incompetent and emotionally unstable by my experience. I was given an outrageous price after they took forever to tell me what was wrong with my car so that I would be stuck getting it fixed there. Several other customers walked out of the shop complaining of ridiculously high prices. After immediately leaving this shop, I took it to a great shop and I am extremely happy with the low price and dealership quality parts. I highly recommend that this shop should be avoided!
I BROUGHT MY 08 BEAMER TO HAVE AN OIL LEAK DIAGNOSED. THEY SAID IT WIL... read more I BROUGHT MY 08 BEAMER TO HAVE AN OIL LEAK DIAGNOSED. THEY SAID IT WILL BE $1200.00 DOLLARS PARTS AND LABOR. I AGREED TO HAVE THEM REPAIR THE OIL LEAK. A WEEK AND A HALF LATER MY CAR WAS LEAKING OIL JUST AS BAD AS BEFORE, THIS TIME IT WAS ANOTHER OIL LEAK. I ASKED WHY THEY DID NOT FIND THE LEAK THE FIRST TIME. THEY GAVE ME A SONG & DANCE ANSWER. OF COURSE THEY FIXED MY OIL LEAK FOR ANOTHER $600.00. I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK SINCE THEN AND I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO TAKE THIER CARS THEIR EITHER. THE OWNER SEEMS TO BE A LITTLE TO SLIPPERY FOR ME. SHE ACTS LIKE SHE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND, BUT NOT WHEN IT COMES TO PAY. AND WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE REPAIR SOME MIDGET TECH COMES FROM THE SHOP AND LIES TO YOU. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP EVER.
