I've been in business many years and I'm sorry that you had a disappointing experience. That person is no longer employed at the shop. If you get a chance please stop by the shop and ask for the owners number and I will try to do my best to change your opinion about Platinum Smog. I only want satisfied and happy customers. I am not a dishonest person nor do I want my shop to reflect dishonest workers and I'm thankful for your post.
.....the operator is a real loser, he removed some wires in the oper... read more .....the operator is a real loser, he removed some wires in the operation of my automotbile to fail a smog test....a real dishonest practice...Martini's repared my problem...However, my mistake was that I returned to Platinum smog to complete my smog test...This guy charged me another fee to complete a smog test...charging me triple .... A real dishonest business operator....!!!!!I will never go to him again....He advertises in the Pennysaver/// he gets no rating from me.....
