My sons Mustang was in our garage seems like forever we tried to get i... read more My sons Mustang was in our garage seems like forever we tried to get it towed to a shop but they wouldnt send a flat bed tow truck even when we request one about 3xs so my husband decided to put the fuel pump in himself while at the Auto Zone my husband met Ali and Ali gave him some advice and his ph# and said that he was mobile.We then decided to have Ali put the pump in. You can tell he KNOWS what he's doing/talking about.Ali had the fuel pump in it didn't take him long at all. And the price was GREAT!! From now on Ali will be our Mechanic and no one else!! THANK YOU ALI!!!
Im from Fresno and was headed to Knotts Berry Farm when tragedy strike... read more Im from Fresno and was headed to Knotts Berry Farm when tragedy strikes!! car troubles!!!! I Call Chief Mobile MEchanic and Ali picks up, discusses the car trouble with me and says, "I'm 25 minutes away but I'll be there in 40 and it'll be 80 bucks".. which came to my surprise as I was expecting to hear at least $200 since it was after hours. 20 minutes later, Ali shows up with his mobile garage and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Since the car wouldn't start ALI diagnosed the problem being the starter. We got in his truck, he drove to the store and I bought a starter-Ali Put in the new starter in, then, BOOM, it was good to go. It seemed like Ali cut me one heck of a deal but he said, that was just how much He charges, and that "the only break He gave me was the free taxi to O'Rileys". I ended up tipping Ali $40 bucks. This all happened about a month ago and since then my vehicle hasn't given me a problem and is running perfect!! THANKS ALI!!! Your THE MAN!!! GREAT SERVICE-GREAT PRICE- GREAT MECHANIC.
I recently took my vehicle to ACA and they kep my car for 3 days, they... read more I recently took my vehicle to ACA and they kep my car for 3 days, they charged me $430 bucks to do a full service and to fix my squeeking breaks. I got my car back only to find I didn't have any windshield wiper fluid, the breaks are squeeking as bad as they were before bringing it in, and I had gressy hand prints running all along the hood on both sides. I called to complain to a manager and was told they would call me back, but they never did. I called again the next day and they told me to drop it off again for another day which forced me to rent a car for my road trip because my car was still broken. Then when I get home and bring my car in they tell me they need it for another day which leaves me without a vehicle yet another day........ These guys are thieves and I will never bring my car back to them and I recommend you find a different shop to go to if your thinking about using them!!
