I ordered a set of 4 tires and made the appointment on their website (which included a $20 off promo for booking online) I made the appointment on Sunday and had it scheduled for Tuesday AM as they would have to order them and they wouldn't arrive till Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday morning and Charlie let me know my tires would arrive in the next hour and that they were available to install now if I was interested. I dropped the car off and 1 hour later I had 4 new tires installed. They even had a nice shine to them. The paperwork was taken care of quickly. Charlie in the office was helpful and courteous. I drive a 2001 Toyota Corolla without AC. Anyone that has ever driven the 3 hour drive down the 5 freeway in the summer knows that's awful without AC. My friend from Huntington Beach recommended d and s and they did a great job. The owner, Steve was very direct, and he showed me the parts he had taken out to let me see exactly what I was paying for. His wife handled my paperwork and was super sweet and cheerful. I would recommend.
