Patrick was fantastic. He found the issue and did a full inspection. He saved me money by recommending some needed additional maintenance needed in the same part of the engine. I appreciate that this was recommended, but not pushed. Honest mechanics are hard to come by. He also found an issue with my tire that I didn't even notice. I was probably a few miles from a blow out. Repairs were quick and fair in price. My car was washed and cleaned upon picking it up which speaks volumes about their care for their customers. I ordered a set of 4 tires and made the appointment on their website (which included a $20 off promo for booking online) I made the appointment on Sunday and had it scheduled for Tuesday AM as they would have to order them and they wouldn't arrive till Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday morning and Charlie let me know my tires would arrive in the next hour and that they were available to install now if I was interested. I dropped the car off and 1 hour later I had 4 new tires installed. They even had a nice shine to them. The paperwork was taken care of quickly. Charlie in the office was helpful and courteous.
