Watch out for this shop. The owner, Charlie Qu is a hustler. He does not want me to buy my auto parts at Napa Auto. Charlie said that Napa parts are all made in China.

I had my client repair her car to Advanced Auto Service to repair AC. Charlie promised my client heaven and earth. It took 2 weeks for Charlie to fix the car and made everyday promises that it was going to be fixed.

This guy is a joke. I just got off the phone with them and asked if they do gm cluster repair. He replied with "what" I said speedometer repair. He said no. So I read him the add about cluster repair and he didn't know what I was talking about. I asked him if this number was 925 680 8448 at 1115 landing lane concord ca and he replied yes. That deserved to be hung up on.
