He came out the next day to look at our vehicle right where it was parked, which was in front of our house. After his initial diagnosis, we discussed his plan to fix the oil leak and the total cost. He said he never exceeds the total cost quoted, but only charges for time spent and materials, so the total can be less than the quote. He then purchased the parts and installed them. He kept me informed and was easy to talk to. The repair was completed successfully, on time, on budget and not a drop of oil was spilled on the street. He even checked back a week later to make sure I was a satisfied customer and I was! I will definitely call Mike the next time I have an automobile issue.

Ed worked with me and was very professional and attentive. He called often to let me know the status and went the extra mile in all ways. My car now looks like new and actually drives better than it did before as the suspension system feels tighter. I would recommend anyone I know to use their service!
